As an alternative to hotel accommodation, we rent out modern flats with related services, for periods of a few days to several months.
Our twentyfive flats are in the attractive Klippan area on the south bank, near the Älvsborgsbron bridge.
Highly equipped flats with quality designer furniture ensure a comfortable environment with a feel of home.
The flats measure 50 to 125 square metres and contain a living room, kitchenette and bath on the ground floor and a bedroom on the second floor. All flats are equipped for 1–4 people.

- Two 105-cm wide hotel beds and a comfortable 140-cm wide sofa bed
- Office work space with broadband
- A flat-screen television on each floor with cable service from Com Hem
- Clock radio and DVD player
- Small dining area with table and chairs
- Kitchenette with complete kitchen equipment, microwave oven, coffee machine and toaster
- Washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment

Hotel Service
In collaboration with the Hotel Novotel Göteborg, we offer our guests access to some of the hotel’s services, which can be charged to the apartment. The services are breakfast, meals, dry cleaning and access to the hotel's wellness area In Balance by Novotel!
Parking
Free outdoor parking with camera surveillance or garage parking under the flat for a fee, whichever you prefer.
Surroundings
Although Klippan is considered as a peaceful oasis in the city, it is relatively close to the city's services and activities which all located within an easy walking distance. Located around the aprtments' area are the Hotel Novotel, the Sjömagasinet restaurant and Klippans art café. You can also find plenty of shops and restaurants on the adjacent Karl Johansgatan street. Along the river is the Röda Sten cultural exhibition centre, as well as jogging trails that overlooks the open sea.

The prices include weekly cleaning and cleaning on checkout, bed linens, towels and broadband access. Prices are stated per night.

During the tourist season we offer a weekly rental at the price of SEK 9 950 including breakfast and 12% VAT for up to 4 people.
